From the moment I arrived, Latoya was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient and understanding, and she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Latoya worked quickly and efficiently, but the quality of the haircut was still exceptional. She listened carefully to what I wanted, took such great care with my hair and gave me a beautiful cut that I absolutely love. After such a long time without being able to visit a salon, seeing my hair looking so healthy, fresh and beautifully styled again was genuinely emotional. I finally feel like myself again.
