Women's Haircut: Women's Hair Wash, Highlights, Hair Toner

The hairdresser arrived late because she was confused by some road signs but blamed it on me. She was incredibly rude and insulting. I was desperate because I had a wedding so I had to continue with the service. Highlights are £112 but a blow dry is not included. I booked and paid for it separately. She did not even dry my hair. She left me with wet hair with a colour I did not even like. She still charged for the blowdry that never happened. Go to a salon at least they take responsibility for your service.
