Ladies' Waxing

Fransiska was very polite and nice however she should provide a waxing bed for clients as I had to use my sofa & she got wax on it which won’t come out now. She should also get a variety of waxes for people that have different hair texture and growth. The wax used on my wasn’t good for my thick hair & my wax was very very painful and I was left with a lot of hair that didn’t come out.
