She was so patient and accommodating of a very nervous toddler getting her first haircut, but she made it easy, building rapport with her and allowing her to sit on her beloved granddad’s lap for the cut so I could keep chatting to her and reassuring her whilst Silvja worked her magic without little one even really realising.
