Ladies' Waxing

Unfortunately I was not able to come at time but I told her 40 min before the appointment so she could anticipate but Instead she didn’t reply to me until the appointment time to let me know that she is here ! So I don’t know if it’s because she didn’t receive the message or because she just ignore but isn’t professional at all
