I booked Michelle for a pamper evening at my house for my birthday, with eight of us in total, and she was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We had a mix of four facials and four pedicures, and every single one of us was blown away by her skill, professionalism, and warm personality. The girls are literally floating on air today, and for a couple of them it was their very first facial! They’re now completely converted and already talking about booking one every week. Michelle made everyone feel so relaxed and pampered, and she fit right in with us as we giggled, chatted, and sipped prosecco. She brought such a calm, luxurious vibe to the evening and managed the treatments seamlessly without ever feeling intrusive. It honestly made my birthday feel extra special.
