I’m honestly so happy with the experience! She’s extremely professional and came fully prepared with everything, including her own massage bed, which was so comfortable that I literally fell asleep! I’ve had quite a few massages here, but this was honestly the best one so far. Both the head and back massages were amazing! she took her time with everything and never made me feel rushed. You can really tell that she puts a lot of care and effort into what she does. Such a lovely experience, and I’ll definitely be booking her again! ❤️

I was initially disappointed when my first appointment was missed, and I gave a 1-star review because I was upset. However, I decided to give it another chance and booked again with Lala. I’m really glad I did. Lala came on Friday, even though she wasn’t feeling well, and still did an amazing job. She was also very friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. I’m honestly so happy with the result, my nails look beautiful, and I’ve never seen them look this good before. Thank you so much Lala, I really appreciate your effort and professionalism!
