Dima was absolutely amazing! I booked for a manicure for both myself and my mother-in-law. In addition to our manicures, Dima ended also doing pedicure for both my in laws! She was patient, professional and very skilled. She had also really listened to what I had asked for, even bringing extra colours to give as much choice as possible. Dima has a lovely, bubbly personality which put us all at ease and really added to our overall experience. She was exceptionally patient; and really took time and care with each of us. She was also great with my curious three year old! Dima travelled a long way and with difficulty, due to the tube strikes, which I really appreciated.
