Bodycare: pedicure + nail polish, manicure + classic nail polish

1st comment I am posting - I Was late of 10 mins, so she converted everything in express services, my bad … but usually professionals have a little loose since they need to set up etc. Here no loose at all, she finished at 10.25 pm … for a session that was supposed to happen at 9pm even if came in at 9.12 pm and started at 9.17pm. This one, let’s say it was my fault but still there is a lack of flexibility here… She never asked to clean her hands though since she was using gloves … I let it pass. But the most regrettable is that nothing was cleaned after she left, towel stayed on the floor, with the waste of nails , cuticles etc … her disposable dirty manicure / pedicure kits too …. The furniture (chair) she moved to make her comfortable, never put back … She said she has to leave at 10.30 though there were still 5 mins to do this bit … since she stopped everything at 10.25 So yes I am unhappy of this kind of services - that I had to clean after her … that she hasn’t left any flexibility so she downed the services to express ones while I pay for the whole thing … Anyway definitely unsatisfied with This professional.
