Person called 2 minutes after session time stating she was 15 minutes away, we waited 15 minutes and tried to contact her with no reply until 1 hour after the session time stating she was delayed and would take 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later she arrived telling me the company sent her this far, which she is the person who accepts the job. she then decided to tell my daughter how her haircut should be done, she also dropped the scissors on her back and fell to the floor with no apologise. After a little bit we decided to stop the hair cut due to my daughter not feeling comfortable with what the hair dresser was doing and how she would not follow instruction. We stated what hair cut she wanted and that my daughter was Autistic and has ADHD.
