The haircut that Shqipe gave me was exactly what I wanted. The issues were that she was 30 minutes late and didn’t let me know she was going to be late until she called me after she was meant to have arrived. I am bed bound and had already hoisted into a chair for the haircut, so as not to delay or disrupt my session, so I had to sit for an extra half hour, which is exhausting for me. She seemed extremely disorganised and claimed not to have a cape - which she thought she had left at a previous client’s house. She did find a cape in the end, which was good as I didn’t want to go out covered with hair and it was getting late. The cape she put on me did not smell at all clean, unfortunately. She seemed like a lovely person, and did give me a good haircut, but the whole experience was stressful
