dima was lovely, completed all treatments to a very high standard and was also incredibly non judgemental and accomadating as i am a wheelchair user so some of the treatments needed to be done in a different way than normal, made me feel really comfortable. also offers some holistic treatments, i would highly recommend.

Dima was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable and understood the process. She was considerate about my product choices and offered really good advice. She was also very thorough and made sure that she gave me the best service for my situation. She also communicated well and I appreciate that so much. She also did a great job of explaining the monthly subscription and what that entails which I found very helpful. I will definitely be booking her services again and would recommend her whole heartedly. I had a complete lower body and Hollywood wax, which I’ve not had for a very long time and she really did a great job of minimising pain and helping me through any discomfort. She was also very pleasant, well mannered and had a lovely sense of humour. I found her to be very personable and easy to get along with. Her technique was fantastic and she kept her workspace very clean and orderly. I really cannot recommend her enough. 10/10 service.

First, she arrived 20 minutes late, even after she had rescheduled the appointment from 5 PM to 6 PM. Once the session began, it became clear that she does not have the proper skills to prepare or remove gel nails correctly. I still have gel remaining on two of my nails, which she failed to remove. When I expressed my concerns and asked her to stop applying any further gel and simply file the nails instead, she became visibly upset. She then chose to leave without completing the service — two nails were left unfinished and none of the nails were filed as I requested. I made it clear that I was not happy with the service, and her reaction was completely unprofessional. I paid for a full service and received substandard, incomplete work. I am requesting a full refund for this appointment and would like to ensure that I do not receive any future bookings with this technician. The service was simply unacceptable.
