The cleaner did a good job when she was here — she cleaned well and was polite. However, reliability has been a big issue. She often arrived late or changed the time at the last minute. For example, during her last visit, she arrived 25 minutes late and left 20 minutes early, yet the charge remained the same. Today she was supposed to come at 3 pm (a time she chose herself), but eventually cancelled last minute. Overall, the cleaning quality was good, but the lack of punctuality and consistency made the experience quite frustrating.
