Catarina was great before and during the clean. She was helpful with my many questions and advised on what cleaning items she'd need beforehand. During the clean, she worked efficiently and listened to us when we noted the areas to focus. We were able to let her get on and she was able to get everything that we wanted done in our 2.5hr window. She even used some of her own items (without us asking) when she was struggling to use our stuff to get out particularly stubborn stains/marks. We ran out of time to do the mopping so I ended up doing that after but even though we had reached our 2.5hr time, Catarina showed me quickly how I should do the mopping with less than ideal equipment. I would highly recommend Catarina to anyone - she's friendly, efficient, careful and has excellent elbow grease!
