I asked her to come 1h later and she said she could not because she had another client and I told her it was okay then she should come at the scheduled time. She still turned up late saying she got lost then she did the cleaning and kept complaining about the place being dirty and was rude the whole time. It’s deep cleaning so you should know what to expect and you don’t know peoples struggles.. She was on the phone the whole time. I booked 3 hours and she did 2.20 minutes and told me she was running late to her next appointment so she would come back the next day to continue as she had an appointment close by but never returned or called nor replied my text.

She came perfectly on time and cleaned few bits on her own without asking. Quite friendly in nature. Just a lil bit of more cleaned toilet would have been perfect. Overall good experience.
