She arrived on time and was friendly. This was a four-hour deep cleaning session. In the past, we have had several three-hour regular cleanings with other cleaners. Some items on the task list were cleaned well, but the work was slow. Other areas did not meet our expectations and were slightly worse than the regular cleanings we have received before.
