Sadly I have had the most awful experience. Maria turned up with her husband and announced that as there was 2 of them they would be working 2 of the 4 hours I had booked. I had to reluctantly agree as I am handing the house back to the landlord tomorrow and no other option. I had discussed last week with Maria how long it would take and she assured me she could deep clean (I had previously given everything a once over) had the windows professionally cleaned inside and out. And the oven, which had been professionally cleaned I had specifically asked Maria to only use a special stainless steel spray which I provided and showed her and she thought better, she used Cif, a corrosive product which clearly stated on the back not to be used on aluminium. The 2 large range doors have corrosive splashing across the majority, unfortunately completely tarnished beyond repair. I would like to ask for your insurance policy as this will be taken out of my deposit, potentially a new
