Betiel came to clean our flat as our regular cleaner couldn’t make it. Unfortunately she did a poor job: the floors didn’t seem to have been mopped, as there was still dust and grime on the bathroom floor and stains on the kitchen floor. This even though we showed her the mop along with the Hoover and cleaning products. The cooker hadn’t been cleaned either - there were still stains and grease on the hobs and on the metal grid that goes on top. It’s true that we didn’t give detailed instructions on what to clean, but mopping floors and cleaning the hob would obviously be expected under a regular clean. She also left her umbrella, so we’ll have to arrange with her to collect it. We will avoid Wecasa in future.
