This cleaning job was bought as a gift and booked a 5hr job for one small room to be deep cleaned ready for painting and she didn't even do that. I do not recommend this cleaner She's really upset my elderly client I will be taking matter further or calling the bank.

Cleaning: Deep cleaning

I've booked for a deep clean, and I have allowed more time than what was advised by Wecasa for the flat size, so that the person doesn't have to rush and can do a proper clean. While the day was hot and I can understand it wasn't great to work in the higher temperatures, the cleaning was of a very low standard. I had to check and keep pointing out everything missed, to which the response was 'ive already done this', while I'm looking and pointing at a chocolate splash stain on kitchen cupboard door. Towards the end, half an hour before the paid time, turned out she was rushing and skipping those details because she thought she's finishing earlier. To be fair, she then corrected her cleaning in some areas once she checked that she indeed still has half an hour left and returned to some of the places pointed out by me. Overall, the result was such, that I had to go and myself do a second clean. I am not sure if she had a worse day , because the reviews below are mostly good, or whether the reviews are not reliable, but out of all of my experiences with wecasa pros this was the most disappointing.

Prudence was excellent. She arrived punctually, was professional in both appearance and attitude, and did a fantastic job cleaning my flat. She carried out a very thorough deep clean of the balcony and kitchen, cleaned all the windows beautifully, and left the other areas of the flat spotless as well. I’m very happy with the quality of her work and would highly recommend her.
