Mercedes is always so thorough, friendly and thoughtful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and pleased, she is very proactive and will even clean extra things she notices, without needing to be asked, if she has time. She even makes sure each room smells amazing before she leaves! We are yet to be impressed by any other cleaning pro, in the way that we have been by Mercedes! We’re always happy customers. She even recommends fab cleaning products that she has found. I would give 10 stars if I could!
