The cleaner came on time and did the job as expected and within time duration. She could have been slight gentle with handling tools but I'd ignore that bit.

Extremely disappointed. Did not deep clean as paid for. Stains were still everywhere and had to do myself in the end. Also turned up 30min late and didn’t tell us she was running late until after she had missed the time slot. Would not recommend.
