Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Caroline was very nice and polite and came on time. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with her service. She left about half an hour early saying she had nothing else to do, but when I got home I found the floors were still dirty, with hair, dust, spill stains, and even food crumbs in the kitchen near the counters and under the dining table. The bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned either - there was still hair in the sinks and showers, and dirt on the toilets. Dusting seemed to be the only thing done well. Very disappointed.
