We booked a deep clean and got anything but. There are multiple elements of the deep clean that were missing including just a general dusting and quality of hoovering. The kitchen and bathroom meant to be focused areas the windows weren’t done, mirrors weren’t done, there was dust on top of the bins, dirt on the backsplash et cetera. The bedrooms hadn’t been touched apart from a quick, there was dust all over the surfaces, desks, window sills. The windows weren’t cleaned. The mirrors weren’t done and she didn’t even mop.. But it gets worse, the hardware in the bathroom has been seriously scratched. It wasn’t properly cleaned, but regardless, the scratching is very obvious. I wouldn’t even accept these standards for a normal clean let alone a deep clean which we booked for more time than was allocated for our house anyway. Really disappointing and the fact that our porperty has been damaged and, also the lighter from our bathroom has disappeared…
