I have never in my 20 years recieving services had such a horrible rude and unprofessional person. She was late due to Parking that I can look past. She had called me twice to complain about the parking and said on the second call I will be late so whatever. However she came in seething that she had to " walk with all my stuff and leave some by the lift as it's too big and this place is too big' she then walked into my apartment and threw down her coat and looked like she owned the place! No apologies for being late. She started with the pedicure her equipment looked really dirty at this point I messaged wecasa. My first foot she left in the water for 30 seconds! Then started attacking my feet I pulled my feet away twice due to the pain I asked her to please be more gentle as she was hurting me. She then grabbed my foot so hard she left a mark! I was messaging wecasa at this point and has asked them to leave due to fear of her becoming aggressive towards me. They took so long to get back to me. I asked her to leave and opened my door she looked at me horrified but packed her stuff and left without a word! I would not invite this woman into your home!
