Carollyna is very lovely and friendly, and it was overall a pleasure to engage with her. Whilst it wasn’t a bad experience, the cleaning she provided was okay, but not thorough (for eg dust left on surfaces or dirt marks on the floor after mopping). For the duration we booked, it was more than enough time to provide an excellent service at leisure pace as we typically manage to get the apartment deep cleaned in a similar timeframe. Lastly, whilst we agreed to delay the original appointment by 30min on the day of the cleaning, she was further 20minutes late, so punctuality could be addressed in her future engagements.
