Disappointed. My mirrors and all internal windows are still smeared with something that my cleaner used and I’m struggling to get it off. I paid for her own products to be used but she only used mine. I normally don’t mind a mix of mine and the cleaners products being used but I paid an extra £2/hr for no reason. She didn’t buff the chrome on the taps or shower and I had to ask her to redo it. I’m so disappointed, never had a bad experience with Wecasa before. She left my floors soaking wet, my sink was dirty/stained as she didn’t bring the right products. I don’t know if I was just given the wrong person for what I booked but I wish I hadn’t booked this clean. I wanted help before my family came round for Xmas and I ended up redoing much of it myself. Not to mention she broke one of my glass ornaments- still not sure how this happened as it was high upon my Christmas tree and my living room is carpeted so even if it fell, it would’ve had a soft landing. She was very polite, but definitely would not book again.
