Cleaning: Deep cleaning, Cleaning products

I booked a “Deep Cleaning” service for a 54 m² flat for 3.5 hours, exactly as recommended on your website. The service description clearly states: a thorough cleaning including full oven cleaning, detailed attention to appliances inside and out, washing down walls, cleaning inside drawers, and focusing on hard-to-reach areas to ensure every corner is spotless. Instead, the cleaner unilaterally changed my booking to an “End-of-Tenancy Cleaning” and extended the duration to 5 hours. However, she left after only 4 hours, saying she needed to pick up her son. The quality of the cleaning was extremely poor.Key parts of the service were not completed:— Walls were not washed; dust and marks remained.— The oven and extractor were only half cleaned.— Dust was left on surfaces and furniture.— Furniture was not wiped inside or outside.— Dirt remained in the corners of the rooms.— Floors were cleaned poorly, with streaks and sticky residue left behind. Essentially, only the window frames, windowsills, mirrors, and floors were wiped — and even those were done badly. It is unclear what the cleaner was doing for 4 hours. Additionally, she damaged a cabinet by breaking the nail/screw that had securely held it for the entire 5 years we lived here. Given the price, the advertised standards, and the purpose of the service, the result is completely unacceptable. I will attach photos documenting all issues and the damage.
