Internet promotion authorisation

I, the undersigned, independent contractor, using Wesaca's online referrals platform, accessible at https://www.wecasa.co.uk/ (the "Site" ) and the Wecasa Pro application available on iOS and Android (the "App" ), hereby authorises Wecasa SAS ( "Wecasa" ) to promote my online business under the terms below.

1. Use of my image

I hereby authorise Wecasa, with no corresponding entitlement to remuneration, to use my image (i) to present, promote and showcase my business and/or that of Wecasa, (ii) in connection with any depiction or news article or documentary about my business or my relationship with Wecasa.

This authorisation is granted for the Internet, in particular Wecasa’s professional profile available on the Site and the App (and, more generally, any page operated by Wecasa (e.g. Wecasa Facebook page)).

This authorisation is granted throughout the world, for the duration of my business relationship with Wecasa.

2. Promoting my business online

I hereby authorise Wecasa to promote my business online, in particular (i) on the Site and App via Wecasa’s professional profile and (ii) local online business listings (e.g. Google My Business), an indicative list of which is included in the Appendix.

I give my consent to the processing of my personal data arising from such promotional activity, including:

• Wecasa professional profile on the Site or App: first name, description, locality, photo, ratings and reviews about me, number of assignments completed, hardware used.
• listings on local search sites: first name, address (street only), region, country, business hours, telephone number (Wecasa), photo (can be used if needed), link to the professional profile on Wecasa Site or App, services

As a person subject to personal data processing by Wecasa, I am aware of my personal data rights under applicable law and regulations, a summary of which is available on Wecasa’s privacy policy at https://www.wecasa.co.uk/privacy-policy.

I also give my consent for my personal data to be shared with Uberall GmbH, a company with its registered office in Berlin, Germany, which operates Uberall, a search engine optimisation service used by Wecasa. Uberall’s privacy policy is available at https://uberall.com/en-gb/company/privacy-policy.

I understand that I can withdraw permission regarding the use of my image and withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Wecasa by email at [email protected].
