I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience with a full pedicure session booked through WeCasa. What was supposed to be a relaxing and professional treatment turned into one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had. The service promised proper foot care—soaking, nail filing, cuticle work, callus removal, exfoliation, moisturising, and a massage. Instead, my feet were soaked in water for nearly an hour with no progress made unless I specifically asked for it. I had to request both callus removal and nail filing—basic parts of the treatment that should have been done automatically. To add to the frustration, although a manicure wasn’t booked, the beautician mentioned it at the start. While I didn’t receive any actual manicure, the nail polish was applied so carelessly that it ended up all over my skin. I immediately took pictures of it and showed it to family & friends who were SHOCKED! and of course, removed them, I couldn't even look at my hands! I want to mention that, as I am currently pregnant, I didn’t want to create a fuss or stress myself even more. I just wanted the session to end so she could leave. Despite how polite, friendly, and respectful the beautician was, the quality of the service was nothing short of disastrous. I was so angry after the session that I cried out of pure frustration. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I will never use WeCasa again. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice—you’re better off going elsewhere than wasting your time and money on such an unprofessional experience.
