I was honestly quite nervous about booking a hairdresser online through an app, especially as I had never met or seen this particular person’s work in real life before. I had so many questions and worries, particularly because this was for my daughter’s wedding—a very special and important event. I was definitely taking a risk! But I am so glad I booked her. She did an absolutely amazing job, and I truly loved her work. Everything was done beautifully, and we received so many lovely compliments and positive feedback from everyone. From the moment I arrived, Latoya was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient and understanding, and she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Latoya worked quickly and efficiently, but the quality of the haircut was still exceptional. She listened carefully to what I wanted, took such great care with my hair and gave me a beautiful cut that I absolutely love. After such a long time without being able to visit a salon, seeing my hair looking so healthy, fresh and beautifully styled again was genuinely emotional. I finally feel like myself again.
