Bianca is a lovely young woman and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. From a personal point of view I would highly recommend her. She was considerate throughout and removed her shoes at the door, something I don’t insist on. I really hate to have to give her the three star rating for quality of service. She was professional throughout, but the result was not close to the photo I showed her.
