Sherlock arrived even a bit earlier then the appointment. He was polite and wore a mask for me as I have a chronic condition. It was easy to communicate with him even though I suspect that he might be a quieter personality than I am. He listened when I asked him to change certain things in the style, and patiently answered all my questions. And I got a lovely haircut! Thank you, Sherlock!
