From the moment I arrived, Latoya was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient and understanding, and she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Latoya worked quickly and efficiently, but the quality of the haircut was still exceptional. She listened carefully to what I wanted, took such great care with my hair and gave me a beautiful cut that I absolutely love.
