But she took time with him, stopped when needed and was kind and patient. He was still upset but significantly less. I would happily use the service again.

The haircut I received is hands down the best I’ve ever had. She was also so lovely to talk to — we had the same vibe straight away and time just flew by. It honestly felt like I’d known her for years, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Having it done at home made everything so convenient and relaxed, and her professionalism and attention to detail were incredible from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my hair.
