I organised for my elderly mum to have a hair cut as she isn’t able to go out.. yet! Sophie was friendly and professional, had all the equipment required and even messaged me to ask what mum was looking for so she could get an idea. Sophie had never met us and therefore did her best even sending photos as a guidance! Sophie did her utmost to please my mum. My mum is not a very well lady but has all her faculties in tact and was happy with the hair cut. I… on the other hand wanted it a lot shorter for her to be able to manage as she plays with her hair and it falls out snd she wears hair clips and keeps playing with them as well! Overall mum is pleased and that’s what counts. I would recommend Sophie as she was meticulous and did her best thank you.
