Women's Haircut: Simple Haircut

Disappointed. Asked for a short haircut for my elderly mother - Did not follow instructions nor guidance. Showed photos on examples as well as a previous photo with the hair cut. Quite frustrating and frankly upsetting. Claimed she understood and had ten years worth of experience but fell short on everything.
