I hadn’t been able to have my hair cut for over a year because I’m relearning how to sit, so I felt incredibly nervous about the appointment and how my symptoms might affect the experience. From the moment I arrived, Latoya was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient and understanding, and she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Latoya worked quickly and efficiently, but the quality of the haircut was still exceptional. She listened carefully to what I wanted, took such great care with my hair and gave me a beautiful cut that I absolutely love. After such a long time without being able to visit a salon, seeing my hair looking so healthy, fresh and beautifully styled again was genuinely emotional. I finally feel like myself again. Thank you so much, Latoya not only for your kindness and reassurance, but for giving me my hair back. It means more to me than you could ever know.
