Absolutely brilliant — I’m so pleased with my hair! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shippe was so lovely and did an excellent job with my hair! I wanted a deep condition and blowout for my engagement party, and she came that morning and gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair was left feeling so, so soft, healthy and incredibly glossy, and the loose curls she did stayed for a whole week afterwards! She used really nice products, including Kérastase and an organic shampoo, and gave my hair a lovely deep condition for around 20 minutes before doing a beautiful blow-dried loose curl style, exactly as I had asked for. She also used a lovely serum afterwards and told me where I could buy the products, which was really helpful. She even gave my hair a little trim at the front to frame my face properly, completely free of charge, which was so kind of her. ❤️ She offered to do my mother-in-law’s hair too, but unfortunately we ran out of time. She was also really attentive and considerate throughout the whole appointment — checking the water temperature, being careful not to make a mess, and bringing lots of appropriate tools and everything she needed to do the job properly. I got everything I wanted and my hair was left looking and feeling amazing. She was brilliant, and I would absolutely book her again. I was so happy with my hair for my engagement party and would definitely recommend her!

Absolutely love my hair! Sylvia was lovely from start to finish. We were chatting the whole time and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I went from hair past my shoulders to a short bob, so it was a big change, but Sylvia listened to exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. The length and shape are perfect and my hair feels so fresh, light and healthy. I honestly couldn't be happier with it.
