Natasha was absolutely wonderful! She understood exactly what I was looking for and made me feel super comfortable. She always checked in to make sure I was happy with the length which was very thoughtful! I was so happy with the outcome, even more so than when I have my hair cut at a salon as this was done efficiently and in the comfort of my own home. Communication was also great too!
