She took the time to listen and clearly understood the look I was going for. We decided on long, rounded face-framing layers and she delivered exactly what I had in mind. The blow-dry was perfect—smooth, subtle, and beautifully finished. On top of that, she’s a lovely person to interact with and clearly incredibly talented. I couldn’t be happier with the result.
