Ekram as lovely as she was and as assuring as her reviews were, turned up late despite having our appointment booked took on additional clients at the previous job. She then tried to squeeze in a hair cut and dye job in less than the alloted time, messing up my hair (cut and colour) as well as spreading cut hair across my velvet chairs and floor, i offered extra coverings but she insisted shed work without them, she alsp left her products behind in my bathroom and destroyed my towels there. When i said this is a crazy coloir she gaslit me by saying it looks really good let me give it a blow dry. In the end it cost me £300 to go get my hair cut and colour fixed by a hair salon. I have the shocked hairdressers feedback, photos and consequent bill as evidence. As a result of all this ive had excessive hair fall out and neither her or wecasa worked to rectify the situation. Was an avid wecasa fan before but dont think ill be utilising their service again like this, stay well away.
