He’s amazing at applying the right amount of pressure and always adjusts based on what my body needs. Alex was amazing: he massaged muscles connected to but nowhere near what was hurting me, and it had a huge effect. Genuinely, no one's fixed knotted muscles that effectively before. I've already booked my next appointment!

Quite possibly one of the best therapist I have ever had and that’s not diminishing the many great experiences I’ve had here. I was speechless by the end. Maybe his hands are too strong at the beginning but he knows exactly what the body needs It’s been years since I’ve experienced bodywork on that level.
