I train in the gym and run and don’t stretch enough so this deep tissue massage was much needed. Eugeniu has identified and addressed the problem areas in certain muscles. I like strong pressure in problem areas and I find many therapists are not strong enough, Eugeniu has the strength for it yet finished with a really relaxing head and face massage. I felt better movement and flexibility after the massage whilst feeling very relaxed. This is exactly what I was after. Looking forward to my run tomorrow morning after such a great muscle therapy.
