Therapist was 2 hours late. I asked for deep tissue and had sports massage performed. While doing the treatment I could hear she was on the phone typing and had her whole head in the phone vs actually prioritising the massage. Also therapist pressed the wrong point on my back muscle Right side and I had pain for more than 6 months that I couldn’t heal after that.

I booked an hour Lymphatic drainage massage as that was the maximum I could do. I have had numerous LDM in the past and by far, this pro was the inefficient out of everyone because I wasn’t even touched in my abdominal once and when asked she mentioned they don’t do it. Also, my feet’s were barely touched and my arms shoulder were touched for name sake. I wouldn’t call this a massage instead a oil Lathering session. I understand I was rushing due to my appointment approaching soon (massuer missing way and arriving late)however I clearly mentioned to get 1 hour session which only lasted 50 minutes which I felt wasn’t worth it instead waste of my valuable time.
