Roy does a great job. I gave him very specific instructions for what I wanted and he does it in the manner prescribed. He is very thorough and makes sure everything is clean to a high level. He always checks with me about additional tasks in case he finishes quickly and has extra time available, which does happen sometimes as he is very efficient.
