Cleaning: Deep cleaning

Frehiwot arrived two hours late and provided a very poor standard of cleaning. Many promised areas, including the skirting boards, kitchen cupboards, and windows, were either ignored or merely wiped over. She rushed the job to get to another booking and seemingly didn't use the cleaning products I provided. When I contacted her privately to resolve this, she agreed to finish the work but requested extra payment for areas she originally missed. This was a disappointing experience and a waste of money. I will not be using this service again.
