Paid for a 3 hour end of tenancy clean and the cleaner was so so slow at cleaning he didn’t even make it to the kitchen or the downstairs toilet. He barely cleaned the upstairs and I am now having to rush and go over it all again myself. Pointless and a massive waste of money. Oh and I paid for them to bring products and they bought 2 things so I had to go to the shop and buy it all anyway!!
