Cleaning: classic regular cleaning

She's was really sweet & understanding of my physical issues. I was really worried she would think I'm rude or disrespectful because I was so quiet but she did not seem to mind & just cleaned while i watched a documentary. She didn't make any judgmental comments about the state of our house or make any faces, I really appreciated it since this is the first time we have gotten a cleaner since my diagnosis. The kitchen was so sparkly! I know there is another review on her page saying she was racist/rude but I genuinely cannot imagine her ever behaving that way. She seemed like she had a good heart.

Hello everyone , this is a warning to save yourself from any disappointments, any positive reviews were 1 year ago which should have been a warning to me at the beginning She was really rude and threatened me in my own home I was shocked as when she came in i politely showed her the areas that needed cleaning and also the cupboard containing all the cleaning materials I noticed a strange reaction but I was working so I needed to focus on work I advised also she should reach out if any further questions or uncertainties arises I was called shortly after and I answered and this was where she started saying rude statements like if I have ever had cleaners before and how I should be ready to answer questions if needed I had no issues doing that but the tone was really demanding and hurtful I asked if there was a problem only to be told different hurtful things we are all one and no need for racism I was really racially profiled and I was stunned as i never experienced this before I can show pictures of my house it almost not in a need of cleaners because I have regular cleaning My previous cleaner could not do the job for today so I reposted the job Please stay away if you don’t want your day ruined like mine Really shocking behaviour
