Emmanuella is puntual, very softspoken, very good at her work, makes sure she tells me if any cleaning equipment or liners for instance are finishing, she has been very understanding, on a few days we needed the session to be changed timing wise on short notice, she was very accomodating. I would really like her to keep coming for our sessions. She is an amazing person and good at her work.
