I booked Katarzyna for a deep clean. I really appreciated the good communication before hand and during the booking. When returning home, I was thrilled. My house has never been so clean. We are a busy household and the house is looking so good now. I liked being able to fill in the form as to what I'd like to be done as a priority. Katarzyna is really friendly, polite, and pleasant. She did a good general clean overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The glass surfaces had some streaks, and the kitchen and bathroom cloths were mixed up despite my note about keeping them separate. My office also didn’t look as clean as expected. For instance, the table still had stains, which made me think it hadn’t been wiped down. She covers a bit less compared to my previous cleaner, so I’d just prefer a little more thoroughness personally.
