Kate was lovely but the cleaning quality is well below standard. For a 2 bedroom house I booked 2hr30min job and barely anything was done in the living room and kitchen, the cooker was left uncleaned. She spent 2hours just upstairs I was highly disappointed as my house isn’t that dirty but couldn’t believe the outcome of the clean. Only thing I would say was okay is the hoovering, mop and just bit of the window. I had to cancel all my follow up clean because I didn’t get the value for my money.
