He arrived late, bringing someone with him, "his friend", who we did not book, and said it was to help him finish in less time than we booked and will be automatically paid for. Then he sent her off. He kept creating issues and inconveniences from simple things and getting angry about them, for example, when we said "skip x room and move on to the next one which is more urgent, then if there's time at the end you can do that room." He claimed that the "rule" is to do it in order and that if he leaves it he will not go back to it, got angry when we kept asking why he is creating an issue out of it and started irritably going "if you want me to cancel this I'll cancel it, then snapped, threw the stuff and stormed out after not even having finished half of the session. All throughout he was threatening to leave over things like this. This is not an earnest professional to trust your home to.
