Cleaning: Classic regular cleaning

Awful service, layers of dust and dirt remaining on all surfaces, food left in the sink, it’s like the house hasn’t been cleaned at all. When politely queried about the unfinished areas, he said he ‘forgot’, is a student and ‘needs to focus on his studies’ and can’t do a weekly clean (as scheduled) due to his limited availability as a student. Extremely disappointed.
